I wouldn’t go again. It was twice as expensive than some very good massages I have had in Bali and, I expected to be pampered a little, instead I was shushed by my masseuse within 2 mins of entering when I was trying to say something as inside, where they actually provide the massages there are 15 plus booth all adjacent to each other in a big hall, reminded me of the pop ups setup for covid vaccinations. She was very intimidating and to top it all her lack of understanding and not being able to speak English didn’t help either. I got the “COZY ME” for the hour and I was stressed the whole time.

Didn’t come for a long time. Today received great service from Anto, strong, rhythmic, attentive massage, very relaxing. Happy to recommend despite the fact the place needs a good touch up after running so many years and never increased their prices (surprisingly). But the service from staff is top notch today!

Definitely recommending Cozy Spa to my friends, the best spa experience i had by far in Bali. My masseuse Irwan really helped me relax my muscles, he combined techniques of Balinese massage and Thai massage, adding some stretching with my neck and body, they're just what i wanted. It's location is a little bit hard to find as it's behind a restaurant, but the place is very comfy with loads of privacy. This is also the only spa that asks if I'd like to use the toilet before a treatment and offered to take a shower with robe and hair dryer provided, everything is just very neat. I did not make an appointment before coming over, but I did call to confirm ahead of the availability.

The best massage place i've had ever. With affordable and professional therapist. Everytime i visit cozy, the massage technique will always have same standard and quality. Try the 1.5 hrs cozy dream, it'll fly you away to dream ❤ I visited cozy at batu belig and it is located just inside the bebek tepi sawah restaurant, so i recommend you put bebek tepi sawah batu belig instead of cozy on your maps. Thank me later.

i went 3 times to this place during my stay in Bali, two were very successful and Decent, but one of them were with i am guessing a new therapist who didn't yet what exactly to do, however, i will definitely come back, since they have the best budget spa experience.
